Refunds

Spoke to over 6 representatives for refunds from Jan. 21, 2025 to present. 1 received and it’s now April 4, 2025. Please follow through on promises to refund all amounts. Switched from Xfinity and Comcast and Mobile to NOW since January, but still charged for Xfinity, Comcast and Xfinity.com all 4 months plus NOW. Please refund the full amount of all departments except NOW Internet and Mobile. Thank you.

To send a Direct Message:

 

Ensure you are logged in

  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.

This tool only allows me to add screenshots, but it doesn't show after I post them. Is this supposed to happen until

you review them?

Also there are 2 accounts under my name and address. Someone originally had my first one as an Illinois address. I had to point that out to support and I still have two accounts after they corrected it, but didn't delete the second account. I believe that's what's happening here.
