Resolved Incorrect Billing But Now Receiving Debt Collection Messages
Hi - I had incorrect billing charges for Xfinity Mobile that were found to have been in error as something was missed in the Xfinity billing system. Fortunately a representative was finally able to resolve this in June of this year and issue a credit to offset the balance. I thought everything was good but now, nearly three months later, I'm getting messages for debt collection related to the account. The account was zeroed out and should be resolved at this point so I have no idea how charges are now coming through again and went to debt collection. Can someone please look at this and resolve as this is an incredibly frustrating situation for me that has now been going on for 7 months and counting now? Thank you!
