Resume now mobile line

Hello,

I'd like to resume my now mobile. i'm unable to turn on automatic payment on the app. Could you please help?

Please note, i'm unable to call, reach a human via chat.

I'm blind and therefore use a screen reader.

The process is extremely inaccessible. Appreciate your help in resuming the now mobile service asap.
