Return Label
I got an email from Xfinity with a link to a return label for my trade in Phone. But when I click on it, it brings me to an empty page that is also empty when I klick on print. Can someone send me a label that actually works and I can print.
I already regret switching to Xfinity from T-Mobile. For the past 24 hours they can't get my phone activated and the number switched over.

I can understand the frustration of not being able to access the return label for the trade in, so that you can take advantage of the promotions that we have for new phones. You have reached the right team that can take a look at that for you. Have you tried opening the link that was sent in a different browser or in incognito mode by chance?
