Scammed into “free” mobile line
this is the worst customer service experience i’ve ever had by far. in february i was called by comcast they were offering a great promotion which was if i transferred my mobile line over to xfinity i could get it for free while also getting a $40 discount on my internet (from $120 a month to $80 plus taxes) so i did it. except that when the agent put in the deal he never actually applied it and since then for the last 7 months i have been trying to resolve the issue. i have overpaid over $1000 dollars and been lied to every time i interact with an agent (i have audio recordings of these interactions) comcast admits a mistake was made but refused to fix it over and over and basically said oh too bad, i have never felt so betrayed as a customer i tell people everywhere i go don’t trust them. beware people these guys are not looking out for you. don’t fall for it!

Hi @user_jcb1fl, thanks for creating an official post on our Xfinity forums community forums support page. I am sorry to hear that you have had trouble getting this resolved, but I think there may be some confusion. The $40 bottom of the bill discount on your Internet and the free unlimited line are not stackable, are you receiving the $40 bottom of the bill discount on your internet?
