Service sucks

Can’t get any help cancelling plans since the website and app are useless. Had trouble with xfinity mobile being charged for 6 months now without a SIM card. Called and spoke to an agent and they said it would be cancelled and me refunded. Didn’t happen. Called again today and after 30 minutes was hung up on. I JUST NEED SOME HELP
