Someone to tell me why I was charged $100 extra on one line that is hardly ever used

I can understand why you're concerned, @user_q18px6  especially if your husband's phone is showing 5 GB of usage when his typical usage is much lower. While we can't determine the cause of the usage without reviewing the account, data can sometimes come from activities running in the background, software updates, cloud backups, video streaming, or times when the device is not connected to WiFi.
