Someone to tell me why I was charged $100 extra on one line that is hardly ever used

One line on my statement shows 5.00 GB and that is my husband's phone and he does not use it that much.  He does not use Facebook or any games on his phone.  Please tell me why I'm being charged for these extra GB when we haven't used them

I can understand why you're concerned, @user_q18px6  especially if your husband's phone is showing 5 GB of usage when his typical usage is much lower. While we can't determine the cause of the usage without reviewing the account, data can sometimes come from activities running in the background, software updates, cloud backups, video streaming, or times when the device is not connected to WiFi. That said, if this level of usage seems unusual compared to his normal pattern, it's certainly worth investigating further. Please send us a DM with your full name and service address, and we'd be happy to review the usage details on the account to see what may have contributed to the additional charges. We'd like to take a closer look and help provide some answers. ❤️
