status of claim

I have filed support for the promised $500 reimbursement for the pay of my Verizon phone promised if I transferred my account to Xfinity.  I haave been getting the runaround at the store, on the phone and am ready to go back to Verizon.  My ticket number (the latest) is ECM0020408131.
