Still trying to get the free two year mobile line for military.
We were verified as military back in January of 2026 We were upgraded to diamond tier and were able to add now tv to our xfinity account. We already have xfinity mobile so I attempted to get one of our lines changed to unlimited and was unsuccessful. In February through on-line chat I was told I could get an ipad and have it unlimited talk, text and data and just have to pay the device fee. That has not been the case. We are being charged the line fee as well as the device fee and we still do not have any of our lines as an unlimited data line. What do I need to do to get the military discount that was promised?

8. Press Enter to send it.
