Basically you need to sign in to your account on your main account phone, then select each phone one at a time and turn GTP on or off as noted on the support page.
Then, I recommend that you power each phone off then on, and also check the GTP status of each phone again on your main account phone.
Also, check whether you have Data Roaming on or off for each phone, and remember to power off and on when you switch countries if you want to pay as you go, or use GTP.
