Switching from t-mobile to xfinity payoff contract
Anyone have the correct link to request the xfinity mobile offer to payoff existing carrier balance. I switched from t-mobile, and the link sent below from xfinity via email doesn't work.

@user_ar2avb Which web browser are you using? Try a different web browser or pasting that link in a private browser window. I keep getting a 400 Bad Request if I don't do that. It works fine in Chrome, but not Safari unless private window.

Good afternoon user_ar2avb. I did click on the link you provided, and it did pull up the website, allowing for customers to enter additional information to proceed. If you haven't already, can you attempt to clear the cookies and cache on your browser. Or sometimes if you use incognito mode, it will allow you to access sites. Please let me know if this helps.
