This company constantly lies

I was offered a promo to switch once I switched they messed up phone numbers taking part of the promo away I feel was on purpose now there telling me there not going to honor the last 2 months of the promo. I have been dealing with this issue since the month after we joined. At this point i wound rather pay more for honesty and consistency looks like ill be going back to Verizon with all 6 of my lines and internet!

This very same thing happened to me.  We upgraded our phones with the promotion and it has been [Edited: "Language"] ever since.  they added a line that I did not request and continue to bill me every month $46.79.  I have to call, speak to reps in other countries and have been lied to after being promised over and over again after dozens of hours at least with much stress and aggravation my problem would be resolved and NEVER has been.  Even when a credit has been issued for this erroneous charge, they reverse it the very next month.   I could not be more disappointed in xfinity customer service.  This is how they treat long term customers.  I have been with them since they started their mobile service, from the very beginning.
