Trade in credit

I traded 3 phones in as a new customer with the understanding that I would receive $1000.00 per phone.  I gave my phones to the salesperson in the store,  but they weren't received by the company.  I lost my phones and was only credited as a new customer without any trade in.  I have been waiting for months for a resolution.  I will follow suit with a complaint to th FCC and BBB. Next step is small claims.
