trade in credits

I traded in my phone to upgrade to an iPhone 16 last November 2024, as part of a promotional offer. However, after downgrading

from Unlimited Plus to Unlimited plan (which was confirmed by an agent would not affect the promotion), Xfinity removed

the trade-in credits from my account. I submitted the full chat transcript as evidence and have been requesting that the

promotion be reinstated on my lines, but no action has been taken yet. Now, Xfinity support is suggesting that I call

every month to receive manual credits, which seems inconvenient. I'd like a resolution to this issue ASAP, or I'll

consider taking it up with other authorities.
