Trade in lost in Lewisville, TX.

I just had my trade in canceled and all I can see is that it was lost/stolen/some act of god in Lewisville, TX. USPS can't do anything on it because Assurant didn't insure the shipping and I am out a $600 trade in credit. Should've just traded it in at the store. Lots of others are having the same issues, I don't want to go down a customer care rabbit hole, just want was was owed to me on my phone that is now gone.

Hi @user_qmc1z8

Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I am sorry to hear the device got lost en route. That is never what we want to hear. Would you USPS not allow you to claim this as missing mail? Was there any documentation they provided from their end?
