I need a transfer PIN number for the transfer of my number to another provider from Xfinity. [Edited: "All Caps"]

@user_aatkef Use Xfinity Chat to request a PIN. You can also login to your Xfinity Mobile account and start the port out process by cancelling your line.

user_aatkef Welcome to our community forum! Thank you for reaching out so we can help you find your transfer PIN.

Sign in to your Xfinity Mobile account online. Go to the Devices tab.
Select the device with the mobile number you want to transfer to a new service provider.
Scroll down the page to Transfer your number, cancel this line.
Select Learn More.
Select an active line.
Send a one-time passcode (OTP) to that line.
Enter the OTP. Then, select Confirm Code.
Send yourself a text message that includes the security Pin.

The same security PIN can be used to transfer any number on your Xfinity Mobile account. It expires in 24 hours. If you don’t use the security PIN within 24 hours, you can follow the steps above to request another one.

Trying to get Transfer Pin from TDS Mobile, needless to say nobody answers phone there, being shuffled from one phone to another to be eventually dropped...need help to reach TDS to acquire Transfer Pin before end of the month!

They sent my transfer pin to the number I wanted transferred but that number was no longer accessible because T-Mobile or Xfinity had placed it in suspension. The only way to get the transfer pin is go to an Xfinity store, according to the numerous Xfinity service representatives I talked to on the phone.
