Trying to cancel my account from another country

Hi,

I signed up to Xfinity (for both internet and mobile) when I was living in the US for college. I recently graduated and moved back to my country but forgot to cancel both my plans. Now I want to cancel them but can't find a way to. I tried calling the Xfinity customer support a couple of times and couldn't reach a sales person + calling from another country is costly and hard. I also tried to find an e-mail to reach out to but haven't yet.

What can I do to cancel my account? Could you guys please help me out here?

Best.

Hey there user_4j6zdg, thanks for reaching out through our community forums! First off, congratulations on graduating, I'm sure that's exciting! I'm sorry you've had a hard time finding a way to disconnect your services. Our team is here for you, and we're more than happy to help get your account squared away. Please send us a direct message with your full name, name on the account (if different), and service address, and we'll get the ball rolling!

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3J0ir1l

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
