Won’t turn on, worst customer service I have ever encountered, you think you don’t have to service customers and won’t talk with them. Looking for new service

When you say the box won't turn on, do you mean there are no lights turning on? Have you checked the power cable at the back of the box to make sure it's plugged in securely? Is the cable plugged into a power outlet or power strip that has an on/off switch?
