Unable to chat with anyone or speak to an agent on the phone
Can’t access the Xfinity app to be able to pay anything or chat with anyone. Tried setting up a payment arrangement 2 days ago for my mobile service and was told it was fine. Now all the sudden today I’m getting texts saying yall are turning my service off unless I pay you now??? I set up an arrangement with your agent. This is ridiculous
