Unable to see mobile lines in app

I have an issue on my Xfinity mobile account. When I go on to my account, I am unable to see any of my mobile lines. I currently pay for 4 lines and I am unable to see any of them on the app.

Good evening @user_c0d5p8, and thank you for reaching out on our Forums to let us know that you are not seeing your mobile lines on the app. To confirm, have you tried logging out and back in to the app? Can you also confirm the app is up-to-date?
