Unable to see or download billing for last cycle

I am unable to view or download my Xfinity mobile bill for last cycle that ended on April 25th 2026. I have spent hours on calls and chat and even visited the store but no one can provide the bill. One agent said he can see it in other system but when he email, I am not receiving it. How the heck is that possible. You guys already charged my card for statement you can’t provide. How’s that possible. Either give me a statement or issue refund.

I’m sorry you’re running into issues viewing your bill—I understand how important that information is. I’d be happy to help fix this.

Can you please try these steps?:

Go to customer.xfinity.com/billing/services/statement/history.
You may need to log in to your account.
Click on any statement to trigger a PDF download.
To view statements from more than two years ago, click the Load More drop-down.

*You may also try to clear cache and cookies or try in incognito mode.

Thanks for confirming! I would be happy to see if we can help with getting you the billing statement copy. Can you please send us a Direct Message with your full name and your full address?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
