Unable to switch to NOW mobile to Xfinity mobile for weeks !

Hi All,

I have been trying to move from NOW mobile to Xfinity mobile ( postpaid ) for almost last 1 month I been struggling between showroom , virtual assistance and chat assistance but no luck so far. Every time they are saying different reasons and close the ticket. Is there any way out to move my prepaid to postpaid plan within Xfinity or port in to different carrier is the only option ?

@XfinityEricB​ No, I have tried the instructions but my problem is my account is not showing as eligible to switch and no one was able to say why I am not eligible. I have tried multiple methods of connecting with Xfinity agents and visited store many times but none was able to help me out. I am having this Now mobile account for last 1 year also I have internet active xfinity internet connection. I am really looking for level 3 contact support or any escalation matrix who could help me out else I have to completely move off from Xfinity because of poor technical support.

Have you tried these steps? To switch from NOW Mobile to Xfinity Mobile

  1. Sign in to your NOW portal.
  2. Select "Learn more" under the "Switch to Xfinity Mobile" banner.
  3. Confirm your desire to transfer service, which requires a soft credit check.
  4. Verify your identity by entering your date of birth and Social Security number.
  5. Complete the soft credit check to proceed.


Ensure you meet eligibility criteria, such as being the account holder and having no outstanding balances. All eligible lines must be moved to Xfinity Mobile without mixing services.

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.

The screenshot I posted is from the same option in NOW mobile, It's not even showing me an option the transfer option. 

  1. Sign in to your NOW portal.

Yes, I am NOW mobile customer for 180 days and have Xfinity internet services , no outstanding balance as it's prepaid. If I am not eligible , I want to know exactly why am I not eligible ? Do we have any option to check in backend what is blocking in specific for me to understand  ? I connected with one of the chat agent few weeks ago and he mentioned that he will fix something in backend and I will be able to transfer in 7 days. But, I no luck.
