Unauthorized Charges
For two years I was being charged for a phone line that was not active and was told I was not getting charged for it. Come to find out after talking to someone again today they verified that I was being charged . They then tried to resolve the issue by making a phone call and it went from refunding me for 4 months only to not refunding me at all. This is poor customer service. It’s stealing and the charges were not authorized by me. It’s pretty clear that I am not the only person this has happened to! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
