Unauthorized Mobile Lines Added to Account

When signing up for new internet service on August 9th, 2025, 2 unauthorized mobile lines were added to my account that are not my own. I do not have any mobile lines through Xfinity. The lines are currently active as if someone is using the unauthorized lines, and I would like them removed immediately before any charges are added to my account.

 To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.
