Upgrade

2 months in still can’t upgrade due to credit score at zero. First phone call given number to credit experian, second call, given number to “back office team” to update score in system. Faulty phone number. Third call gave me a number to a collection agency NOT affiliated with xfinity. Called this last time and was told it can take 4 months to confirm eligibility. Had service for 4 years, phones have been paid off for over a year. Site and app state I’m eligible, but according to store and customer service they can’t do anything. Waste of time. For a corporation like comcast this is pretty sh****. Looking for new carrier this weekend.
