why am I being charged for my mobile phone that was cancelled

user_ny2jf2 Thanks for reaching out to us here on Forums about your recent mobile payment for a mobile account you had closed. Did you recently close it, and was it a full normal payment or less than normal? Final billing takes about 30 days after cancellation to be sent to you, but the final payment comes out the same time as always. If the account was closed mid bill cycle it may have been prorated making the amount of the payment lower than normal.
