Wont honor credit promises wont activate warranty phone
I have called XFinity over a dozen times and my issue has not been resolved. I have been promised call backs which I havent recieved, credits which I havent recieved, and, after a dozen calls, YOU STILL HAVE THE WRONG ADDRESS FOR ME. When I call in from my XFinity phone, the computer tells me I dont have a phone account with you. It takes me 20 minutes every time I call to finally get to a human, and I have been unsuccessful at getting to one that has actually been somewhat competent at their job. Saying your customer service is terrible would be implying that there was actually any service to critique.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
