Worst service ever

My debit card on file was compromised  so I couldn't pay my bill so after calling customer service I was lied to that I could pay my bill for mobile and home service using cash.  I went to two Chicagoland stores to be told that I cannot pay mobile without a debit card.  Cash was not accepted.  The phone agent even stated that the xfinity store could provide me more options even while I was in the store.  The store agent explained that mobile payments could not take cash.  Three hours of trying to get in contact with mobile to finally get Brian who refused to provide any assistance and was rude to boot.  He refused to transfer me to a supervisor.  I am sooooo ready to cancel

definitely not the experience we want for you, or anyone. I do apologize for any misinformation. Since Xfinity Mobile bills are set on automatic payment, the only way to pay is by a credit, or debit card.
