Xfinity mobile has the worst customer service communication in the world! Literally every single time, which has been an on going problem every monthly bill service to become stuck on the phone for hours constantly getting transfered multiple times having to repeat, explaining my situation over to each agent who then literally lies to me just so they dont have to deal with my issue. If you enjoy being over charged and lied to then xfinity mobile is for you. Otherwise, my recommending is to RUN! [Edited: "Solicitation"].

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have my internet my mobile with you been a customer for 2 years and I have had no cell service for 5 days already cuz none of your customer service ppl know hiw to activate my service from changing phones im done dealing with this im definitely looking for a new service I spent over 8 hours on the phone yesterday with you guys and nothing was accomplished I guess it shiws you get what u pay for and you definitely have the bottom of the barrel when it comes to employees. Your right there to charge for every lil thing but you cant give yhe service to match your prices! [Edited: "All Caps"]

And don't do there on line chart You'll be promised the world and that you're with the best person. There is only to be shoved off to somebody else. I have dealt with 5 plus different customer service reps talking online and none of them can accomplish anything that I've needed done. What kind of customer service pond you off another employees? The worst customer service beware they take money out of your account with no explanation and put you on hold while you listen to people laughing and talking they just don't care about their job with no accountability been on hold for a long time after talking to a young lady that transferred us without saying anything and then had to start all over they guy said because we hung up and called back asked for a supervisor and now total time on this call almost 2 hours totally ridiculous! Customer service right out the window besides a $42 credit and a extra $33 taken out of our account every month have to call buyer of xfinity service beware !!

Es una estafa. Me ofrecieron un teléfono gratis. Dijeron que no tenía nada que pagar y ahora me están cobrando una mensualidad. Pésimo servicio. Me comuniqué 2 veces para asegurarme que fuera cierto. Y ahora me están cobrando $72.

The worst customer service of any company I've had to deal with. It's actually a joke in my family anything that's extremely difficult that should be really easy. we use Comcast as an example I'm a senior citizen and would like customer service. Comcast has no consideration for people who are senior citizens. They make everything very difficult the company like this can afford operators. The computer cannot handle every situation. Making it difficult to handle your problem frustrate you and if it gets to you enough you will switch carriers. There are plenty of them out there. And they're all cheaper than Comcast. If Comcast wants to be the most expensive cable network in the world. Then they should match it with customer service. They get a zero. And they [Edited: "Language"]

I have been with Xfinity for more or less than 20 years. I have had the home phone, the cable, the streaming, the internet. And they have always been able to accommodate me depending on my needs. However, their mobile service is horrible. I have a number (464) area code that no one recognizes. At first they told me it was a new Chicago area code. its been over 4 or 5 years and its always rejected. Because it's not recognizable, it drops my call after 15 min of conversation. It doesn't want to work when i try to make outside phone calls. It gives me an error message saying "i am not connected to to a service". NO one can reach me because it goes straight to voice mail. It is the worse service i have ever had. I had LYCAMOBILE and their bad too. How ever i paid my 20 bucks and thats was my worth. But for xfinity, I have been paying 43 bucks for years now. for phones that are fully paid. And now my rate went up. When they dont offer any incentives. There is no communication anywhere. If i was to get killed in the middle of the street i would have to wait for it to tell me i can only dial 911. the service is horrible. I understand, that i am not paying top-noch. However, i do need a reliable phone. if you cant do that for me. I will have to change providers. I dont care much about the number, just peace of mind.
