Xfinity Call Filter

I'm trying to set up the Xfinity Call Filter app. When I launch the app it says "your plan option does not include Xfinity Call Guard." The Xfinity Call Guard page (https://www.xfinity.com/learn/mobile/call-guard) says that it is included with the Premium Unlimited data option - which is what I have! Why doesn't the Call Filter app recognize that?

Hi - no, the call filter app still says "your plan option does not include Xfinity Call Guard." As mentioned, I am a Premium Unlimited subscriber.
