Xfinity illegal business practices

Foreign csr are ripping off the American consumers.  Fraudulent bill on my credit report.  Csr was supposed to clear old account when he upsold me to a new contract.

Thanks for posting on our Community Forums for assistance, user_6wko7a. We'd like to help with your service concerns. It sounds like we have a secondary account under your name. Did you transfer services to a new location? Or was there a secondary account created in the same location? Would you mind providing us with more details on the credit report concern?

@XfinityDilary​  This is the same account! Let's start again. 

In 2024 ,I suffered heart failure.  I had to wait for my disability income to start due to incompetent lawyers and SSA workers.  I kept xfinity informed. I asked to cancel my account as I required safelink and requested stop billing.  They never stopped. AUGUST 2024,I won my disability,  contacted xfinity to rectify any situations and possibly return to xfinity service. The rep said I owed $222 from old account [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I disagreed and explained what happened as he verified.  He said if I  stay with xfinity/Comcast (14 +years) He would cancel that account and start a new one waiving the incorrect fees, I agreed and canceled safelink.  Received a new account 0725. I eventually had open heart lvad surgery in December 2024. Never been late on a payment. Then credence resource management added the charge to my transunion report.  I called xfinity immediately and was reassured the matter was resolved.  It was not. Still on my credit report, I filed a dispute.  I contacted xfinity again only to be told they sold the account and no longer had the information as it was sold to collection agency.  Now Im still getting [Edited: "Language"] by you having me jump through hoops and  explain for the 10th time what happened to foreigners who can barely speak English.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
