Xfinity is a "RACKET!!"

They talked me into mobile phone service and internet and now I receive a bill for $300 for ONE MONTH????

I'm freaking out. They called me several times a month ago to tell me all about how they can save me money and hook me all the way up. Transferred my mobile phone from Verizon to Xfinity, after having Verizon for over 20 years. And then I get a bill for $229.00 ???? And a SEPARATE bill for $57.00 that's for my MOBILE PHONE?? That's NOT a deal!!!

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
