Xfinity Mobile $20

I had an in app offer to switch from Now Mobile to Xfinity Mobile for $20 monthly. This is not the $40 first line $20 additional line offer. It clearly stated $20 monthly. Now when I go back into the app the offer is for $40. Has anyone else had this happen?

@user_7l84ad Likely what you saw is exactly what you found. It's $20 for an additional line, not for first line of service. Sounds like the ad was misleading or not worded properly. I've never seen Xfinity offer an unlimited line for $20.

user_7l84ad Hello and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Fourms. I'm so sorry to hear about the confusion with the Xfinity Mobile offer you saw in your app! I can only imagine how frustrating it must be to see an offer change like that. I'd be happy to look into this for you. Please send me a direct message with your full name and address so I can review the details of the offer you saw and help you get this sorted out.

Does Xfinity ever offer a lifetime $20 a month phone service, or a lifetime $25 a month phone service.  Both were offered including the payoff of the phone, with no requirements to have cable or internet.                I was asked to provide my SSN number and D of B.

@user_g2voj6 No they don't and that is a scam. You need to be an internet customer to get Xfinity Mobile.
