Xfinity Mobile Billing Issues - Called MULTIPLE times, I am extremely displeased!

I have spoken with customer service MULTIPLE times to get my bill fixed and keep receiving the run around. We switched to Xfinity towards the end of 2024 to take advantage of their buy one get one line, my husband traded in his phone for an iPhone 15 and received a monthly discount for the trade in. As the year went on, he started to experience random loss of signal, fast forward a year later, the new IOS caused his phone to no longer receive service.

Xfinity support determined it was an issues with the phone itself, because we were given a faulty phone BY Xfinity, we asked if they would pay for the fix. We were told because he did not have insurance on the phone, any fixes needed to be covered by us.

We went to Apple, it was determined my husband needed new internal hardware which lead to a new IMEI #. We then called Xfinity to update his IMEI # and for some reason, my husbands line was completely CANCELLED and a third line was added to my plan.

NOW because someone messed up and cancelled my husbands line, he has lost his trade in discount and I have a third line on my account WHICH IS NOT WAS I ASKED FOR. We just needed his IMEI # updated so he could continue service.

Stating we are upset is an under statement, WE JUST WANT OUR BILL FIXED, I am TIRED of calling.
