Xfinity Mobile Billing

In reviewing my current billing cycle I see charges for International data usage on an Unlimited line. The data charges are from Canada.

Per an email I received from Xfinity on July 2nd, Unlimited lines are permitted Canada and Mexico data usage.

I'd like to understand the reason for these charges.

Are you on an Unlimited or Unlimited Premium plan that started or was repackaged into our new pricing plans after 3/22/24?

Yes, the line that was charged was changed to an Unlimited plan in April, 2025. Based on the information provided data usage in Mexico and Canada should be included.

GOOD LUCK with getting any real action taken from this company. They tell you over the phone they will take care of it, but it never happens and they hope you just give up and stop calling and cut your losses
