Xfinity Mobile Corporate Email?

Does anyone know the Xfinity Mobile corporate email? I had a truly awful experience on the phone with an agent who treated me like how people treat telemarketers.  I have a 3 year old billing issue that they wouldn't answer, and just kept feeding me different stories, trying to get me to hang up  the phone in frustration. I asked to escalate, and was placed on a series of long holds, and in the end she spammed me with identity verification emails before telling me to call back later.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

Using the messaging apps including the Xfinity one just gets generic responses and does nothing to help.  Agents give different answers depending on who you get -- Need a direct email for communication
