Xfinity Mobile family discount plan 5 phones and lines for 1 $20/mo plan
I have spoken to customer service reps over the phone a few times about the family 5 lines same bill for $20/mo plan with add $20 any month to add unlimited data for each of us, and free new moto g phone or get a brand new iPhone 16's for $9/mo.. and the last guy got help from an okay from his manager to move around feelings and taxes and fees and such or wave fees so that I could start this with no money down and pay the $20 a month plus $9 a month for each iPhone Plus whatever the startup fees are a fraction of it for the first 3 months or 6 months or something like that..... If I go to a local store would I be able to get the same deal they helped me work out and noted to my file? And if I go into a local store, will they be able to give me our phones right there in the store to take home with me? Or do I still have to wait for the mail?

The answer is NO
The reps in the stores are restricted to the same plans and conditions that we see online. They are able to guide you as to the various options available, but these are all hard coded in the XM system whether they set things up or you set things up online.
Based on your question above I already see that you might be misinterpreting what the store reps are trying to explain to you because it’s easy to confuse actual costs versus cost savings per line depending on what data plan you choose. Also, be aware of the many other limits such credit available per account (not line), taxes and fees per line, and so on.
