Xfinity Mobile Trade-In Scam!!!

I switch to xfinity because of the promise with the trade-in devices of $500 each of 2 units to help lower the bill. The store agent ( Rafe Butler) said he did not have the ticket to the trade in phones so i have to take it with us home and he will be in contact within the 3 days time. But, upon checking my account the new phones were activated without any trade-ins. I texted hi with the number he gave and he said they are so busy and cannot go to the store and that he is still waiting for the ticket. Which is very strange! I am being SCAMMED by XFINITY for being  almost 11 years loyalty.  FIX THIS XFINITY!!!

That agent even told us that he didn’t had ticket for our trade ins after everything had almost done transferring from old to new phones. Had a whispering chichat with other agent at the store. How scam is that?!
