Xfinity practices illegal business

This is the third time trying to  fill this out. Foreign csr lied to keep me from canceling account.  Now they sent false bill to collection company credence and now on my credit report. Old account was closed by lying agent to start a new account but still to collection.  Now xfinity is saying there is nothing they can do because account is closed and with collection.  This is such bad business
