Xfinity Rep lied to me about promotion and now won't cancel the order!

I told the rep multiple times last night that I do not want to add the watches to my plan. She told me multiple times that I could give them to a family member as a gift. I now have the email about the order and have been told if I don't activate the watches I will be charged $299. What kind of lying fraudulent company is Xfinity?
