XFINITY RIPS YOU OFF/LIES TO YOU ABOUT TRADE INS!!!!

came here looking for a place to vent my frustrations after upgrading my phone recently. Went from a Galaxy S21 to a Galaxy S24. Long time customer too (years). They promised me $300 dollars for my trade in, so I followed the instructions carefully, wiping out and factory resetting the phone. Xfinity then denied and rejected it because the phones battery was dead when it arrived. Are you serious?? Perfectly functioning and damage free phone. Xfinity doesnt own a phone charger? To just try it out and see that it would have powered right up?? What kind of backwards phone provider is this. Really unhappy and especially after being bluntly told NO by their indian customer service agents. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, FOLKS. Im sure there are better, more honest, more American companies out there. Shame on this rip off of a company. They sign a contract with you then violate it.
