Xfinity Service Randomly Disonnected?
Woke up this morning to my WiFi no longer working and my Xfinity app saying I no longer have active service. I did nothing to initiate this. More confusingly, my balance is 0.00, though there’s a message on my app saying “payment required - pay your full last due balance now to bring your account up to date.” Even if I did have a balance, I have a payment method set up on autopay. I have no email communicating why this occurred and, unsurprisingly, customer service has been impossible to get ahold of.
