Xfinity support direct message

I currently have Xfinity internet/television/mobile.  I will be relocating to an area with Xfinity internet/television (Buncombe County, NC).  How will this affect my phone service?

Hi there, @user_6y2a84 I hope you're having a fantastic Monday. We do appreciate you taking the time to reach out. If you move to an area where other Xfinity services aren’t available or cancel them, you can still keep Xfinity Mobile, but you'll be charged a $25 monthly standalone mobile fee.-Richard

@XfinityRichard  Thank you for your response.  Is the $25 per account or per line?

You are most welcome, @user_6y2a84 If you're on the newest price plan and move to an address that doesn't have Xfinity Internet, Voice, or TV, or if you cancel these services for any reason, you'll have a $25 per month standalone mobile fee per account. If you’re on an older plan, you’ll have a $25 per month standalone mobile fee per line. You can go to https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-service-cancellation-details for further information.-Richard
