Xfinity Support

He estado chateando casi todo el día para que me ayuden a realizar mi pago, de mi plan de teléfono de Xfinity Now Móvil , pero ninguno me ha podido ayudar, solo me traen de un lado a otro

user_6i0ori Thank you for stopping in for help with your NOW Mobile payment. The NOW services are supported using the NOW portal and have their own Support team. Most levels of support will not have access to your NOW mobile account to assist. Log into the NOW Portal, and/or if your NOW mobile services are paired with one of our other services, you can use the Xfinity app. NOW mobile also is a Pre paid services and should have had you set up an automatic payment option to draft your payment each month when you set up your services. If you need to update that stored information, you can check out the steps here.  

Are you able to follow the steps on the support page I provided to get to your payment information?
