Xfinity unlimited mobile line prepaid gift card 100$

There was an offer to get xfinity 100$ prepaid card after activating unlimited mobile line for 3 months. I did that but havent received the prepaid card. I contacted xfinity chat guys many times but everyone is telling his own story that it will be credited in 3 days but it never happened.

When it comes to the gift card offers you can check the status of the gift cards via   https://xfinityincentivetracker.com/ generally if the accounts kept in good standings you receive the gift card within 16 to 18 weeks of activation.

Its not showing any thing on the above provided link. Also my account is active and in good standing since april 2025.

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
