You have got to be kidding me

I have tried to post three times on this forum and all three times has it erased my comments and took me back to the start I need help I have no phone service I am exhausted with your customer service I was put on hold for 2 hours and no one ever came back spoke with the supervisor named Steph who disconnected my call and never called me back the only person who has helped me is a man named Duran who is a supervisor and no one will ever connect me back to him please advise

I know how frustrating it can be when trying to find help with an issue, and you seem to be in an endless loop. I will do everything I can to help out and have your phone services working again. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3J0ir1l
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
