Ghost Automation on Xfinity Home
I have Xfinity Home Security and my system is automatically arming itself every day at 6 PM and 8 PM daily. The issue is that no such rules or automation shows up in my app or on my touchscreen, so I can’t edit or delete it.
I’ve already checked and confirmed there are no visible rules, but the “ghost” automation still happens daily.
Can you please escalate this to the Xfinity Home Advanced Support team to remove the hidden automation from the backend of my account and push a sync to my equipment?
If that can’t be done remotely, I’ll need a technician visit to clear the ghost automation.
