How to turn old rule back on

I have a rule that I created a number of years ago and I accidently turned it off.  When I try an turn it back on nothing happens.  Is there a way to turn back on?   Edit, I did find a new rule that is very similar and will work.  Hopefully new rules will be coming soon though.
