Access denied

Hello, I am having the same problem. I just changed my service plan over the phone, and I was looking at my account while I changed it with the representative. But since the account update, I get this warning every time I try to go to xfinity.com:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.xfinity.com/sitecore/api/learn/neptune/customer/existing/postauth?" on this server.

Hi there, @user_unrm2s! I moved this to a new post since you were replying to a rather old one. Have you attempted to reset the power to your modem since the change was done? This may get you back to being able to connect with the site.

I have same message. http://www.xfinity.com/sitecore/api/learn/neptune/customer/existing/postauth?

It happens on my phone, on my iMac, on my laptop. Same message everywhere. Internet is fine. All other websites working. Xfinity refuses to allow me access. I had an account a year ago in Maryland. Now I live in Georgia. Xfinity will not allow me access. http://www.xfinity.com/sitecore/api/learn/neptune/customer/existing/postauth? OVER and OVER. I have reset password. I have had this email for 20 years. How can I get into Xfinity?

@user_cujxdb Are you able to clear cache/cookies as well as try another web browser?
