Account access or lack thereof-NOW services

I started off with postpaid internet and then later added Now Mobile phone lines to that same account. About a year later, I decided to switch to the Now Internet. To do so, I had to open another account. My NowMobile remained on the account that is technically closed. I can see that it’s there, just can’t access it. I, and several chat agents have attempted to merge the two accounts as they are both Now services. It just isn’t possible.(?) Meanwhile, when I log into my Xfinity Now account, I see both internet and mobile accounts but when trying to view information for my mobile account, nothing is there besides ‘add services’ and the chat bot. Sometimes it prompts me to login into the account number that my mobile is on, but the same results. I cannot make any changes. I cannot even get a transfer PIN to move my numbers elsewhere. I really need assistance with getting this settle.

My accounts are already linked.

Also, your comment isn’t showing on my end but I was able to see it from an email notification.
